The Customs Commissionerate Noida is having jurisdiction under Meerut Zone, Meerut in the states of Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand, as per Board’s Notification No. 82/2017-Customs (N.T.) dated 24.08.2017, read with Notification No. 86/2017-Customs (N.T.) dated 14.09.2017, Notification No. 99/2017-Customs (N.T.) dated 27.10.2017 and Notification No. 119/2017-Customs (N.T.) dated 28.12.2017. For ease of doing business, 10 Circles to be known as “EXPORT PROMOTION CIRCLES” (EP Circles) under the jurisdiction of Customs Commissionerate Noida are created vide Trade Notice No. 01/2018 dated 18.01.2018 issued by the Chief Commissioner, Customs and Central Goods & Services Tax, Meerut Zone, Meerut which took over all such Customs work performed by the Central Excise/ GST Officers and in terms of Public Notice No. 36/2017 dated 20.11.2017 issued by the Commissioner, Customs Commissionerate Noida.
